As a seasoned media professional with 15 years of experience in television production, I, Marian Mantey, leveraged my passion for storytelling and culinary arts to pioneer a revolutionary snack production business. My journey began with two award-winning cookery TV productions, Asanka Delight and Edziban, on TV3 Network, where I honed my skills in branding, marketing, and audience engagement.
With a deep understanding of what drives consumer desire, I founded Koco D’luv Enterprise, a snack processing business that transforms fresh plantains into crispy, delicious chips. My expertise in PR, media, branding, and marketing has enabled me to create a beloved brand that not only satisfies customers but also empowers farmers by adding value to their produce.
Koco D’luv is dedicated to creating economic opportunities for women. Our workforce is comprised of talented women from local communities, providing them with stable employment, skills training, and a supportive environment to thrive. By investing in women, we’re not only driving economic growth but also fostering a more equitable and sustainable future.
Through Koco D’luv, I aim to become the leading food crop processor across West Africa, driving economic growth, creating wealth for stakeholders, and making a lasting impact in the snack food industry and beyond.
