Returns and Exchanges: You may return or exchange unopened and unused plantain chip products within 2 days of the purchase date.
Refund or Store Credit: You have the option to receive a full refund to the original payment method or store credit for the value of the returned item.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact the manager on 0248559729 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This number must be included with the returned product.
Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or are not in their original condition.
Return Delivery: The customer is responsible for the cost of return delivery unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item sent or product defect).
