At Koco D’Luv, sustainable growth starts from within. Our leadership team took a defining step in that direction by empowering the people behind our day-to-day operations.

To set this in motion, Koco D’Luv hosted a high-impact “Service Experience & Excellence” training session facilitated by  Mr Caleb Kofie, Ghana’s National Tourism Customer Service Brand Ambassador and President of the Service Excellence Foundation-Ghana.

Our team, spanning research and business development, production, and catering, dove deep into the Web of Excellence activity. Together, we explored how to build a true service culture through strong interpersonal bonds, how to cultivate ownership and take proactive initiative, and how effective communication reduces service failure and strengthens risk management. We also looked at navigating service delivery with sound judgment, and at what it takes to continuously improve our service culture over time.

As Mr  Caleb Kofie put it during the session: “Relationships can take you to your furthest point in life where money cannot.”

The session left a profound impact across our departments:

Mr. Henry Mawunyega (Head of Sales): Highlighted how great service relies on teamwork and proactive leadership to create positive customer experiences.

Miss Gloria Agyeiwaa (Head of Production): Emphasized that excellence in production stems from clear communication and proactive problem-solving to consistently deliver high-quality results.

Miss Nichole Darkwa (Research and Production Assistant): Shared that “Knowing your teammates well enough to compensate for their weaknesses and taking initiative are hallmarks of outstanding service excellence.”
